Is there a delivery fee?
We offer free delivery within a 10-mile radius from zip code 11741. Price includes delivery, set-up and pick up. A delivery fee will be charged outside the 10 mile radius.

How do I book?
We want to ensure that your experience is easy as possible when planning for your event! You can click on our Contact Page and submit a form. Please include the date, venue location, time, and we will reply within 24 hours. You can also message us on Facebook or Instagram @letthemplayrentals, email us at letthemplayrentals@gmail.com and or call/text us at 631.219.7255. We require a deposit to secure the date, and your remaining balance isn't due until the time of set-up.
Is the equipment cleaned?
Yes! Every piece of equipment including our soft floor mats are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected before and after each use.
Do you set up outdoors?
Yes! Our equipment can be set-up outdoors and will require to be under a shaded area. We ask that you make sure that the ground is flat and clear of any dirt or debris. We will not set up the equipment on dirt or sand.
Additionally, outdoor parties are weather permitting, to ensure the safety of the children using the equipment. If there is any chance of rain or heavy winds in the forecast we ask that you have an alternate indoor location available to set up the equipment. If not, we will refund you your deposit.
